Stoic philosophy is good for you. Its not that you are not supposed to feel emotion its that you are not supposed to let emotions control you. You can use emotions for a specific purpose, they are a tool you give to yourself. You can feel anger and use anger to subdue an opponent. Laughter and joy to connect with others.
