Let yourself rest a bit. Not like lurking 4chan rest, but following a relatively regular sleep schedule, doing something you don't normally do, etc. etc.
And then go back to your room, start studying for the first topic that's on your schedule.

if you don't have someone irl to share this with, seeing a therapist would be helpful. Since you're in university, they probably have resources there for you.

maybe you happen to know a lot of people "running" to therapists with small problems. In my experience, talking openly with a licensed professional has been really helpful. It's not for everyone.

Usually what motivate me the most (enough to move my ass and start being productive) is music, some songs in particular are just what makes my braing cling and start working.

Which makes me ask to the thread in general what are the songs that work like this for you, because i'm getting tired of mine lol

I like music that most people consider weird too, electro swing included. Pump up music for me currently would be Lose Yourself by Eminem.
