Using a debit card is hardly anonymous. Not wanting to scan your ID and show it to a Russian website isn't a weird behavior.

Or well, maybe in this generation that's considered weird. Make sure you tell everyone about yourself and what you're doing at all times, what your schedule is, when you'll be out of the house, how long you'll be out of the house, where you put your spare key. It'll all be fine, right?
