I like to cut myself. I don't do it because it feels good or because I'm depressed or anything like that - I just like to do it because I love the look, smell and taste of blood. I also have been painting with it now for about 4 years. Additionally, I do this as part of ceremonies I perform as part of my religious faith, Odinism.
I know this isn't really normal, but is it something I should stop doing? I usually will do things like cut the bottoms of my feet or inside my nose so it's externally invisible or hard to notice.
My partner is really freaked out by it, but I've been doing this my entire life.

If you use other peoples blood you can make bigger sacrifices to Freyja, it also tastes good and you can make larger dishes out of it when you aren't running the risk of passing out.
