Do a lot of girls find "alpha" guys not attactive? I'm most attracted to submissive guys with small dicks and pleasant voices that are loud during sex. Most of my friends are looking for a strong, confident guy so I'm feeling kinda weird with that.

Well consider yourself lucky because you'll really get to pick and choose what guy you want with those tastes.

It's not common. Most women prefer men who know what they want and aren't afraid to get it.
Are you on birth control by any chance?

To me, "alpha" doesn't mean "big muscles and an aggressive personality." A guy like you described can still be "alpha" if he's comfortable in his own skin, assertive, and driven to pursue his interests and goals. Whereas a big, loud muscular guy can still be a total "beta" if he's insecure, feels entitled to stuff he doesn't earn, and acts like he's got a chip on his shoulder.
Physical attributes and bedroom behavior are just a matter of personal preference, and everyone's preferences are a bit different. Whereas I feel like a person's attitude/demeanor can be objectively attractive or unattractive.

How did you know? Can birth control mess with my preferences like that?
