My face is in terrible shape. Bit of acne, blackheads and these skin coloured bumps. Acne was probably genetic as my older sister got hit by it aswell, and after a few years of antibiotics it almost disappeared but she has few scars. She had it worse, but she didnt have any blackheads or the other things. Any advice on getting rid of all them?

I would go to a dermatologist. if you can't see a dermatologist, at least see your regular doc. and if they give you any pills or creams, look them up to see what the potential adverse effects are before taking them. I know some people have had great success with accutane and others have gotten some nasty effects from it.

Cut out all' junk good from your diet. Drink only water and eat a mediterranea diet. The acne Will dissapear and you wont bè putting money in the pharmakikes claws...Win Win.

Was on meds from dermatologist for a few months. Nothing changed.

Im not eating any junk food nor drink sweet drinks or anything. My food is mostly homecooked, although it may be too rich in fat. Im also drinking around 2l of water daily. I might give this diet a shot but not sure if I can really afford eating fish too often.

2) Cold showering
Number 2 had fairly large effects on my skins. And when I say cold showering I mean max cold from the start.
