you don't only get pinkeye from urine, the bacteria that causes it can come from many places.

go to the doctor because if the infection gets bad enough you can lose your eyesight. obviously this isn't a guarantee that that would happen if you don't get it treated, but if you actually have that infection (very red, tons of goop, itchy/sore) get the medicated eyedrops for it. you typically need a prescription for them.
