I'm sorry to hear that. But it also sounds like you haven't had time. The rule of thumb is supposedly a month for every year you were together, and you've only had a week.

Unlike you, she has had time. That's usually how these one-sided breakups go: she had been distancing herself from you for some time before she was ready to drop the bomb. In the end, she may well prove to gave taken about as much time to get over you as you'll need to get over her. Maybe even longer. She just started earlier, is all.
