I've eaten, I've slept eight hours, I get plenty of exercise on a regular basis and I haven't had the energy to do much anything save for laying in bed all day.
Why the fuck am I this tired?
i feel the same way a lot of the time i took apart my bed and sometimes ill put heavy cinderblocks on it so that it takes effort to be lazy also im usually on the phone in bed so if you take that away you might get bored and get up
is it emotional pain or something more serious like mono

Just being drowsy. I'm like 50% sure that if I put my phone and laptop away I'd just lay here staring at a wall.
Workout and in two weeks of excersize you will have insane energy

I drag pallets and stack boxes for a living. I get that it's not the same thing as two hours of proper lifting, but being on my feet eight hours per day moving products around is all the exercise I can manage in a day.
You might be ill. People don't always know when they have walking pneumonia, or mono, for example, but both of those drain your energy like mad.

Depression is fucking serious. It drives me up the wall that because mental illnesses don't make it hard to breathe, people don't consider them a real problem. They are.
So, yes, OP, have you also considered that you might be suffering from depression?

I was first diagnosed eight years ago, amd I've been on real antidepressants for a month now. But I can usually get up and do dishes and shit.
Got too tired to browse the internet, just kinda drowsing here now, occasionally checking on my phone.
