Is Brushing my teeth twice a day enough? I've had a few removing in my past, i have some decay spots on some, and im just paranoid about losing them.
they don't look anything like pic related of course
As long as you're flossing and doing a good job when you brush, then yes.

I haven't brushed in two years and I'm fine
What you eat matters a lot more than how often brush. Don't think just because you brush and floss its okay to binge on candy, non-diet soda, or other sweets. Acidic foods and drinks can also really mess your teeth up too. If you drink a lot of soda and no milk you might have calcium problems too.
The order of importance for keeping teeth healthy:
1) Eating as LITTLE sugar as possible
2) Flossing
3) Brushing
Sugar is fuel for bacteria, bacteria will lodge itself in cavities, where rotten food will fall in, so you have to floss, finally you should brush twice a day at minimum (you can always brush your teeth if you feel something you are has gotten stuck all over the place etc.)

There's still no medical evidence to support flossing other than "we keep doing it, why stop?"

No medical evidence?
What, you need medical evidence to see that leaving food to rot near your exposed flesh is bad?

Horseshit.
Stop eating carbs
