Is it possible for me to have done serious damage to my calf just from a cramp? Yesterday morning I woke up with the worst charleyhorse ever - about three by three inches of my leg were undulating like a quarter inch deep... The pain was fucking insane, I was in tears.
Today, it hurts like absolute hell and is hard to walk on, like I ran a marathon. I really don't want to go to the doctor... Can a cramp cause serious damage?
Most worrisome is that it's a blood clot. Are you sedentary? Do you have any clotting diseases? Are you on birth control?
mdfag here, i gotta take a shit but ill be back to offer help in a little bit

Pretty much a healthy dude, all things considered. I've been going pretty hard lately in terms of partying, but no clotting diseases in my history, and I get up and move a decent amount.

I'm not a doctor but pooping this long is dangerous.

Probably just a cramp then. Ice and rest that nigger for a week or two. Wrap it up in a compress if it makes you feel better. It's unlikely to do anything permanent

Sorry, had some McDonald's for lunch. I just couldnt seem to push it all out of the system
Try this real quick. Stand away from a wall, arms lengths. Put your feet shoulder width apart. Touch the wall. Step forward with your non injured but don't move your bad one. Slowly bend your good leg forward while stretching your injured leg back. SLOWLY. Do this stretch at least 2 times a day, once in the morning (but not right when you wake up, wait like an hour) and once before bed, or just at night. Just as long as you got one morning/night. It may hurt a bit but it sounds like you need to fucking stretch.
