I know how you feel. During times like that I wish that phones wouldn't even exist. When you're having a shit ton of anxiety it doesn't really help when some idiot keeps calling or texting you and creating more anxiety. You could just text them that you want to be alone for a while. If they don't understand then they probably never were your friends to begin with.
