I had a wart on my foot removed about a week and a half ago. It looks like the wart might be coming back even after the core was removed. How do I stop this?

I might give it a try, thanks
It looks like you still have a very much open wound which limits the usefulness of products available over the counter from a pharmacy.
Most OTC products have something called salicylic acid in it at a concentration of 40%. Essentially they work to slowly burn a wart off over the course of 4-8 weeks depending on the wart. Because they work this way, while this are effective in treating warts the products will also damage viable tissue.
Your wound is currently in the process of healing following wart removal. Do not use the Ivette counter wart products. You may consider going to your MD for more targeted wart therapy; however at this point I would recommend watchful waiting to see how well your wound heals and whether a new wart starts to form which may warrant further treatment.
Btw I'm a pharmacist
I used a rusty razor blade to cut mine out.
Those little bitches thought twice about coming back after that.

Better amputate the whole foot. Only choice.
soak a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar. Tape it over your wart and leave it on while you sleep. Do this for five or six days. Pic related is what you want.
