And do you floss? Make sure you get in b/w every tooth and scrape both sides well. And how do you brush? Are you covering each tooth for ~10 seconds and covering each surface (front, biting, back, gums, tongue)

For toothbrush, you can always get an electric one to really get rid of everything. Even better if it has a UV light stand. It will kill bacteria on the bristles (Ex: TAO clean brush, costs about $90 with the discount).

When you brush, don't rinse. Just spit out the toothpaste. Use your tongue cleaner and make sure you get ALL the way to the back. Then use mouthwash. Then use alcohol free fluoride rinse. Then you're done.

If you really want, you can brush after every meal or take those small portable/disposable brushes w/ you outside. And only drink water. Eat apples.
