anyone know what to do? None of the online help pages addressed this. I dont want to keep having to move my mouse over to the side of the screen just to scroll down

Check the settings.

If you're using Windows 10, some of the setting will be under "touchpad" and some will be under "mouse," and that's one of those things Microsoft never got right- you'll have to check both.

Page up/down, arrow keys, and spacebar all fill the same function. It doesn't fix the problem your'e having with your touchpad, but it improves your experience with your computer.
