So I keep getting these attacks.
- feeling of overall weakness
- mild pain
- muscles tighten
- suddenly need to drink a lot
- eyes get really heavy
- vision won't focus properly
It doesn't feel like a panic attack, or like I'm about to faint. It feels like I'm about to collapse from dehydration. The trouble is, I drink more than enough. Now Google isn't helping me a great deal here, so I'd love it if any anons had any info for me

I've been seeing doctors but they don't tend to provide much help. They've already eliminated the obvious. It's suddenly onset, like an attack, so not like diabetes where it's passive.
I have a slightly inflamed spleen, my kidney function is down at 70%, and I have various other problems.
I'm wondering if it's a heart condition?
