hey /adv, it's my first time here, and i was wondering if you could help me. For the past 4-5 nights I've had trouble sleeping, and I'd usually fall asleep around 4 despite going to bed at 1 or so. Last night I went around 1:30 and I didn't sleep all night. I've been feeling like shit for the passed few days and i've had enough. can anyone suggest any remedies or any advice for tonight and so on that will have me sleeping in no time?
Do you spend time on your mobile, computer or television before going to bed? The brightness makes your brain think its day, making it act hyper active before bed, making settling down very difficult.
Give yourself a one hour advance break before going to bed without using any technology and you should be fine.
If its not this, it could be a diet issue or your room may simply be too stuffy.
