Dating a co worker?

Hey /adv/ I'm in a bit of a pickle.

I'm 18 years old and work at a pizza place part-time making the food until I start getting responses from universities but I will continue working there because i get along with everyone, even my bosses are incredibly chill.

Recently a new girl started working at the pizza place. I saw her briefly once when I was getting some food (I get a 50% discount when im not working). She seemed quite cute (possibly because I just have a thing for asians). Today ill be working with her and Id like to get to know her.I was going to smoke a joint after my shift with my boss who is also a friend of mine so now I'm thinking I could ask her if she wanted to join us. Do you think that would be appropriate?

Another question would be "how do I even find out if she is weed friendly"? should I straight up ask her or just try to small talk and then jokingly ask?
And finally how do you see dating a co-worker? I only work there twice a week so there is little chance of running into one another due to the way the shifts are distributed.
