I have a bad memory and I would like to have that improved. Any recommendations for books, methods, games?
Does anyone have knowledge about this matter?
I will send you an excellent book in pdf format if you give me an e-mail.

And the network at my workplace doesn't allow me to access file sharing sites, so currently I can't upload the book. But if this topic is still alive when I get home, I'll upload the file and post it here.

Remember the days events Backwards.
remembering as much detail as you can.
Went to bed
took off clothes
went upstairs
patted dog
turned off pc
had food
came home
saw bob at work
drunk coffee at 11
went to work
& etc.
Aleister Crowley used this technique to help develop memory
I personally use spaced repetition with Anki for long-term memory. For short-term memory, the method of loci seems pretty boss, but I can't do it because aphantasia.

But seriously OP to improve your memory recall your days experiences in your mind as you are in bed trying about to sleep. It really improves your memory to recall what has just happened same goes with studying. However it may increase anxiety if you have done this since you were a child.
