Hey, I need advice. I have BPD and I have been noticing I have been traveling inword. Not caring about people, losing interest in things I like to do, isolating myself ecr. I just want to know why is this happening. I guess its the fact that the only friend I have barely talks to me. I had acquaintance and messages them and no tell in months. I dont think I'm that bothersome but half the time I think I'm just a nuisance. I want friends and people one minute and I don't care the next, what do I do

Yeah I am. But just started meds. 300mg twice a day for a week then 600-1200mg a day for a month or something. Guess the meds haven't kicked in. I'm taking oxcarbazepine btw

I've got bp2 as well, meds saved me basically. But it might take time to find what works. I considered therapy and went a few times but ultimately I didn't have the time.
