I have a problem. My neck and shoulders feel uncomfortable at like all times. I get up and stretch all the time, but the uncomfortableness remains. What do I do?

I'm relatively active. I bike and do push ups/sit-ups/etc when I feel it. Should I increase activity?

Bring both your hands together, place them under your chin and bring your elbows close together. Kind of like a triangle, such as ^ .. Now lay flat on your stomach with your arms in the triangle shape and you'll start to feel the tension release. You'll know it works immediately. Just stay like that for 15 minutes or so.
Use it as needed; if you're prone to sitting for long periods, remember to get up every 30 minutes or so and relax.
