I applied for some jobs online. One of them called me back half an hour after I submitted my application and scheduled me an interview.
It's an outbound sales role. What does this mean? Are they fucking desperate?

Probably just trying to see if you're worthy asap. Same thing happened to me. Interview next day but got no call back. Fuck them. Didn't want to work there anyway

The lady on the phone also said something about trying me out for 3 hours and if I passed they would hire me. I don't think it would occur the same day but that's what came out of her mouth.
