So do you prefer getting paid weekly or monthly?

Weekly. I've never had a job that paid monthly.
Bi monthly, bi weekly, and weekly.
And, I strongly prefer weekly.
>mfw padding my bank account with 300 bucks each week, and the rest is bill/living money
This question is so weird, because where I'm from, you get paid once a month. No exceptions. It's weird to hear that people somewhere else get paid weekly or bi weekly. I'd rather take that than once a month.

It doesn't matter, as long as the pay is 100% on time.
Since that's a big issue atm in my country, weekly is the way to go.

I get paid weekly, shit's great. Money always in the bank account. Granted, I don't have much in the way of expenses.

Weekly. I'd get paid on the spot if it was an option after every shift.
Anyone who says otherwise is just irresponsible with their money.
I get paid quarterly. I quite like it.
Monthly is good too. Fuck weekly though. Means you have to save for all your monthly bills (all of them)

I preferred getting paid biweekly, which all of my real jobs did (hourly/childhood jobs paid weekly, grownup/salaried jobs all paid biweekly), to my current freelance lifestyle, where I'm typically paid at the end of a contract. So it could be as often as weekly, but there could be a gap of a couple of months. It works out OK for me, because I'm careful and my wife is a biotech executive, so I'm never at risk of going broke, but it's nothing like regular.
