Deciding on a career path
I can either do EMT-B during the summer then take classes to become a full paramedic
Or do an associate's degree in applied science and become a biomedical equipment technician.
Which would be a better job?
Latter is the more stable choice. Being a paramedic isn't for everyone, it's tough, sometimes damaging work, and on top of that it's difficult to break into, at least where I'm from.

I am a maintenance worker in a hospital and BMETs have one of the best jobs ever
All they do is do maintenance and repairs on medical equipment like EKGs and X-ray machines and shit.
Work @ your own pace, make breddy gud money, and fuck qt nurse bitches.
