how big of a deal (in terms of attractiveness) is it to be chubby as a guy? is it a total turn off? does it lower the first impression you get by a lot?

I'm a fat girl and frankly I would never date or sleep with a 'chubby' guy. Guys should be into sports and keeping fit. My best friend who is 9/10 slim blonde and very smart thinks the same, fat guys are good as friends not a potential love interests unless you come across a fat positive tumblrite or fetishist

Enjoy not enjoying these men because you enjoy donuts more

Chubby guys are cuter. I genuinely despise muscular guys.

Donuts are always better than men, especially chubby ones
Not at all.
I am a chubby guy and get laid often.
But I on the other hand wouldnt entertain a chubby girl, just too emotionally baggage, as well too much fat near the pussie. A job trying to get in.
i mean chubby as in having a visible beer gut. not super fat but not just 3kg overweight either.i don't think any person in the world would find that more appealing than a healthy body shape (except if they have a fetish). i'm more interested in whether you think it makes a big (negative)difference in the first impression a person makes.

It makes a negative impression because it indicates you don't care about yourself (your health and your apperance). People will immediatly assume that you either drink beer by buckets or eat like a pig. And beer gut makes guys look older than they are in this creepy-pervy-uncle kind of way. That being said, there are people willing to look past first impressions so you technically still stand a chance.

Depends on how chubby.
If you're, like, 20 kg overweight, you're gross. Fat is unattractive. Makes you look like you can't take care of yourself.
If you are a few kg overweight and have a bit of a beer gut, I find that pretty attractive personally.

Oh, you're attacking my perceived lack of reading comprehension based off a joke? That's very intelligent of you. Coming from an overweight, self-loathing, shallow human being, I am not sure if I should take that as a compliment.
So, tell me, should that be taken as a compliment, or an insult, oh-great-reading-comprehension-one?

i get laid too. but i think it's because of my character. and i don't get laid as much as I'd like, either. I've never had the guts to flirt with a girl on first sight because I'm too anxious I might be a bother to them. when I'm at a club with my male friends, there's always these 1-2 guys who get all the female attention because they're very handsome. if we hang out and there's this one girl I find cute, she'll always be into first and I can only make her interested in me over time. this kinda breaks my heart sometimes. i want to feel desirable, too. being in good shape would make a big difference. or am i delusional?
thinking about it, I guess it really makes a massive difference. or doesn't it?
