Anyone got any tips on getting to sleep early. I work casual at a bakery but I only ever cover the late morning shift nowadays. But now a few people have called in sick for tomorrow so I have to do the night shift at 1am. Problem is that my bed time lately has been around 2am so and waking up at around 10 which is pretty much the ax act hours of my shift... So yeah any advice for not being completely dead?
Note: It's currently 10:30am and I just woke up to the call from my boss, so I have to try be asleep again in about 10 hours
Melatonin. A lot of it.

to clarify, you usually wake up at this time, go to bed at 2am.
however today they want you to work at 1am
consider just taking a starbucks energy drink to get through it. can keep me up all night and all day.
or, consider taking melatonin now and sleeping until your shift starts, but thats risky since you just woke up. might ust get drowsy but not sleep.
