What is a good place for a 20 year old to move to and start over; maybe from scratch? I have my reasons (hellish ones), and realize hardships, but there are so many places and opportunities in America I just don't know which path to take.
do you have any skills and money? Do you have friends in any cities?

Just pick somewhere you've been to before on vacation or something, if you have been. Personally, I'm partial to leaving the country.

Are you looking to disappear and start over, or are you looking to just start over?
Do you like cities? Do you like the country? Do you have a highpaying job?
You have to be more specific. For example, I might say NYC, but if you don't have an income and hate cities, then that's shit advice.
maybe try a cheap but large/major city. you can google lists like "best cities to live in for young adults" and theres tons of articles about it. it depends on what youre into.like if you're into technology or science or somthing you could go anywhere really. if you're really good you could go to silicone valley. idk we don't know anyhing about you lol
