We've all heard the stories of nice people becoming jerks when they drink but what about the opposite?
I feel so much more comfortable when I drink, my personality basically does a 180 and I become a confident extrovert. I like myself better, apart from the clumsiness.
Does anyone else experience this?

That is possible, but this doesn't give you automatic excuse to became alcoholic.

Never said it did
I'm pretty much the same. I've seen what alcohol does to people for the most part. Friends and family getting wasted and ruining things they spent years creating the foundation for. Me on the other hand I'm a smoker. But if I'm in the club or just on a casual night out I love to get tossed. It always takes a huge edge off of me and I turn into a stumbling loaf of love and laughter haha

To YOU you seem like a confident extrovert. To everyone around you you're the same old asshole, only louder.

extroverts are just people who recharge by interacting with people.
introverts are just people who recharge alone.
most people are in the middle, as the tension of one lifestyle becomes too much.
most people want / need both. this is you, except you aren't giving yourself the interaction you need when sober.
Im the same fucking way. Guess im gonna become an alcoholic. Oh welp. =^)
