Symptoms.
:Congestion, sore throat, violent coughing, discolored mucus, and horse voice.

No other symptoms not even fever, I'm well aware this is a flu type thing, I just want specifics as it has been a whole week.

Everything considered, I'd say 95% bronchitis. Go to a doctor to make sure though, they'll give you antibiotics to end it. If you try to wait it out, you might see the condition worsen, and it lasts several weeks untreated
