How do get through a situation when someone in a group says "anon can do it better!" and everyone starts applauding and looking at you?
I instantly feel like an idiot not knowing what to do and stands there smiling, sweating instantly, gulping and rushing that adrenaline.
I hope you guys understood what I tried to explain. Yes, I do have social anxieties and I need tips too desperately :(

Fake it till you make it. There's no shame in being humble and admit not knowing something. It actually takes more confidence to admit you don't know something.

if you literally dont know what to do, make a joke out of it
>no i dont you jerk!
One time someone asked why I wasn't saying much and someone else said I was quiet, so one person says "I like quiet people :^)" and someone else says "me too! :^)" so I said QUIET PEOPLE SUCK

Get up and do whatever it is. I used to be like you, but I realized that acting confident is the best response. Even if you immediately fail catastrophically, laugh it off, or pretend to have fucked up on purpose to buy yourself time to figure out how to do it correctly. If you can't figure it out after about 30 seconds, just admit that you can't do it, no shame in that.
