Its my gf's bday tomorrow. Obviously she will expect me to post something on her fb wall but I'm not sure what I should write. I don't want to write something too sappy because her parents/friends will think I'm weird but I don't want to write something too 'unsappy'. How do I find a happy medium that is appropriate?
Is something like 'Happy birthday :) Can't wait to see you tonight <3' appropriate? Should I add a semi-embarrassing selfie I took when she wasn't ready? It seems like most people post semi-embarrasing photos with birthday posts lately

How about you go see her in person and then say happy birthday? Cause facebook doesnt prove how much you care for her.
Cant believe you need advice for this shit.

I am seeing her. I will say happy birthday to her in person. In this day and age everyone still says happy birthday to one another on facebook. She'd be pretty upset if I didn't post anything on her wall on her birthday

I called my mom on her birthday and she specifically asked me to post on her Facebook wall. I agree with you that in person is way more meaningful and Facebook posts are ultimately meaningless, but some people want to look important I guess?
How hot is she? I'm tempted to come in and steal her away from a weakling like you.
Jesus Christ.
