What's the difference between having "assistant" in your job title and "executive" in your job title?
I applied for an assistant position but the company got in touch offering me an executive position (with no mention of whether the salary is better or worse so I don't know).
In theory; more pay, better position, people work under you, more responsibility and it looks better on your resume.
In practice: Likely just a better word on your resume.
More responsibility, probably better pay, looks much better on a resume
