Eh, don't make a big deal out of it. You can't read his mind, and it doesn't sound like he's actually being mean or really even disrespectful in any way. Maybe he just doesn't wanna be your friend. Maybe you're just not the kind of person he likes. I know a guy like that. There's nothing wrong with him really, he just has the type of personality I don't like.
