>always had fine hair
>got really fine when I was taking the pill
>stopped taking the pill for six months and started taking occasional supplements (iron and vitamin d)
>hair looked better, seemed ever so slightly thicker
>stopped taking supplements
>started mini pill again
>almost overnight, hair feels thinner again
>now I can see bald patches at the front of my scalp again

Last time this almost caused me to have a breakdown. I used to take photos of my hair day and night to see if it was thinner. I never wanted to leave the house and would spend conversations waiting for someone to look at my scalp.

What's more likely...that I'm imagining this, that it's an effect of the hormones in the mini pill or the fact I've stopped taking my b12 and vitamin d?

Seriously, my ponytail is less than an inch in diameter. I can already feel myself obsessing.

Go see a doctor
>>
>>16946223

I've seen a doctor, all hormone levels are normal, no thyroid issues, had several blood tests. The only problems were low iron and vitamin d levels, which makes me thinks it's just a coincidence that my levels have dropped again since I've started the pill. There are just too many variables and I can't work out which is the one causing it.

Just looking for similar experiences I guess.

Is it pattern hair loss or just all over?

It's just on the top of my scalp, close to my fringe. My hair is fine but there's a lot of it, but at the crown of my head you can see the scalp if there's light shining on it.
