Relaxed anons, how do I loosen up? How do I stop being a control freak and trying to have power that I obviously don't have over everything around me?

Problem is I'm scared to death of doing that
What if my body does something weird while I'm gone? I'd be okay with it if I had a buddy to do it with, but I'm so self-absorbed and manipulative I can't even make real friends.
