What should I get my wife's son for his 7th birthday?
Previous we just bought him stuffed toys and a few board games, but I feel this is the age where we should move on from that, although clearly he's too young for a smartphone and stuff like that

My son is 5 and since kids change their mind so often at that age i just resort to taking him to toys'r'us on his bday. Usually he chooses lego. Maybe some lego technic or a science/experimenting set?

Some kind of build-something kit that will be a little challenging but not too hard
/pol/ needs to fuck off back to its containment board

my kid's about to turn 7. He likes legos, weapon toys, real tools (like a junior bow or a kite or sporting goods like a bat and ball, soccer ball and cones).
If he has access to a PC and he's a nerd get him Typing Instructor Plus for kids. He's been using that the last year and can already type 20 wpm.
