Is liking anime and video games still cringy if you're secure and confident in it?

No, just don't be obsessed/a dork and have other hobbies. Also be hygenic. I'm a "normie" by 4chan standards and I don't have a problem admitting to liking either of those. They're just things I might pursue in my free time

But by asking this question you have demonstrated that you are not secure and confident in it.
It's only cringy if you're up in people's faces about liking it, if you dress in anime/vidya clothes, play your portables in public, etc. In short, keep it to yourself, unless you're with other people who also like it. At a convention, you'd be more out of place if you didn't, for example.

Nope. It's only cringe if you give a fuck what ignorant others think about it. Do what your balls tell you to do and give no fucks

Stigma has been 90% removed.

Last two guys I liked love videogames and anime.
But they are great people - smart, ambitious, funny. We had amazing conversations about many other things, and they don't make anime and videogames the most important thing in their life.
So it has never been cringy.
No but I dislike people who also like anime and video games because If they are not like this >>16941258 they will get on my nerves fast.

I can sure as hell fake it
