My middle and pinky toenails on my left foot are an opaque yellow and much thicker than my other toenails like in pic related. My left foot also has white stuff on the bottom on that thick area near the toes and the beginning of the toes that is almost like peeling skin. What non prescription medicine do you recommend I use?
"The symptoms of more severe infections include thickened, discolored toenails that may eventually become painful. In these situations, you should see a podiatrist who can devise a treatment plan."
Go see a doctor

The yellow stuff is probably fungus, but the white stuff could just be calloused skin, I get that often when I run a lot.

But it's only on my left foot. If it was calloused skin, wouldn't it be on both?

One leg longer than the other, bearing most of the weight?

Not that I've ever noticed.
Dude. Dude... Keep your feet clean and dry at all times and go barefoot as much as possible. Trim your nails often. Always wear clean socks. If you don't want to go to a doctor you can try baking soda baths for your feet every night and tea tree oil on your nails two times a day. It will take you months to get rid of this.

The picture isn't of my foot. Only two of my toes are like this, and not quite to that extent.
