I dislike relationships, for a lot of reasons, but every time I have a fwb or regular casual hookup they develop feelings for me sooner or later. The average lifespan of these things is usually only 3-4 months, which sucks. If I have to hunt for new people all the time I might as well just start one night stands again, but I prefer the comfort of actually ~knowing the person and being able to chill afterwards and such.
How do you extend an fwb relationship beyond that 3 month feelings tipping point?
Fuck men instead.

thats not a thing, im having to deal with fallout from another dude, same shit. though its WAY easy to find a new fuck bud so there is that

pick the lesser of two evils. life isnt made to be easy. pick what oyu hate the least, finding a new fuck bud every 3 months, or start dating
You don't. If you have sex with someone enough, someone is going to develop feelings. It's just a matter of when. This is why prostitution needs to be legalized.

Why would anyone go to a prostitute when they can get sex for free easily?

The problem is you
You want someone to fuck and hang out with
It's the hanging out part that causes feels. The only way to keep a fuckbuddy long term is to ONLY fuck. If you fuck then cuddle and smoke and eat junk food all morning, that's how you end up with someone getting feels.

So why aren't I catching feelings then?

"Easily" is the key word here
