I think I damaged my prostate from too much fappuing, and then going 3 weeks without it:

I had occasional soreness and a hard feeling in the gooch between my anus and scrotum since over 2 years ago. Asked a doctor about ti once and he just said it was sore from fapping too much, not a prostate problem.

However, before my last nofap streak I was feeling fine, but then yesterday noticed that every time I peed, it was harder to push out the last 2 pumps to completely empty the bladder after the main stream stops, and afterwards it still feels like I have to pee. No pain in the bladder/testes/penis though, and I can tell the difference between that new sensitive feeling and actual urine, so no increase in urination. I suspect it is prostate related since its accompanied my increased sensitivity in the area prostate is located and when I sit on a hard surface it feels like I am sitting on an almond.

So I made this thread to ask if anyone has had similar issues, or complications when withdrawing from mastubation addiction. It would be pointless to see a doctor about again since I'm now on Medicaid, and the only thing they would do is say you're young, just wait and monitor it or give me some drug. Meanwhile I am going to start taking natural herbal supplements to normalize the prostate and maintain its health, and per the advice of an expert yoga instructor and massage therapist I talked to, I shall resume not fapping or looking at porn after I panic relapsed yesterday due to the prostate discomfort starting. Said it is likely a withdrawl effect similar to what happens when people quit hard drug addictions- as porn and masturbating addiction affects is similarly.

Schedule a prostate exam with your doctor, if he/she doesn't find anything. Talk to him/her about Epididymitis.

You likely have either an inflamed prostate or epididymis.

Hope this helped, I'm someone who gets kidney stones often so whenever I feel pain in my groin I attribute it to that. I had Epididymitis a few years back though and it was similar to what you are describing.

If you are assured that is it the prostate you need to schedule a prostate exam ASAP. Even if it is at the god damn free clinic.

Make it clear you want the exam, I had to make it clear I wanted the exam to my doctor when I was 25 because she gave me the same run around you seem to have received.

Real medical practice has the answers you seek, but you need to pursue them. Don't let a doctor just tell you what you want to hear, make yourself heard.

Granted, my family is heavily involved in multiple aspects of the medical field so I'm a bit biased in that I have absolutely no qualms about putting a doctor in their place because they are know who I'm related to, but still.

Like with many things, literally nothing most doctors will do except prescribe drugs that only treat symptoms while causing myriad other problems.

I am someone who would worry if this happened out of the blue, but since I am 100% sure it is related to fapping and not cancer or infection. not going to waste my time running around to doctors, especially since I'm unwilling to do any conventional treatments. If it gets any worse of course I would, but I've had similar things before that went away with rest and reovery, so that my first approach.
