I am about ready to end my life and was wondering if anyone would like to be my friend. I have hyperacusis and am looking for a friendship or relationship with someone genuine who does not care at all about what I look like on the outside. This is because I am mute and cannot make friends irl.
Or can someone suggest a way I can kill myself because I would like to jump off of a high mountain or bridge into lava or fire but that will never happen. I would prefer a unique method because no matter how kind I am, a lot of people I encounter are either intently rude to me or burden themselves on me as pretending to be a victim.

Don't kills yourself over hyperacausis. Shit can get better with the right psychological and mental therapy. I still often have times when I have to cover my ears in public because of a loud beeping noise or high pitch whine from a leaf blower, saw or other machine.
Also, you never have to worry about or deal with the consequence of what you say if you don't talk at all.
