I've lost my way and have relapsed into old habits for a while now. I was relatively social, friendly, and fit for a couple years. Needless to say that's all gone. I sit in my room all day and sleep, am horrible with people, socially-avoidant, and I haven't seen any friends in almost a year now.

I want to change and regain what I had before it really is too late and I fall all the way down the hole again. I'm thinking of replaying Katawa Shoujo or rewatching NHK or eva, which do you guys would help me out more? I just want something to show me the value/joy of human relationships again so I stop resigning myself to be alone all the time.

I'm guessing by eva you mean Neon genesis which is also terrible and watching that old 5-or-so-minute vhs trailer is basically all you need to watch.

I hired some guy off craigslist for cheap for the hours you need with an instructor.

I'm starting Don Quioxte, I'm not sure of if it lines up with the classic but depressing books I've been reading but I hear it has a real downer of an ending.

I made a checklist depression progression
