It doesn't look like the apartment complex is going to shit about this, because we've been trying to get them to do something for hours now. It's really annoying, especially on principle. I don't like the idea that somebody is trying to fuck with me just for the sake of getting on my nerves.
Besides murdering the hosts or just trying to lighten up, what can I do?

Either:
A: Call all your friends, and crash the party. Crash it hard. When they ask you to leave, you all drop stink bombs behind the furniture and in vents. OR
B: Call police, tell them you're concerned about the number of girls there that look underage. OR
C: Get some thick rubber gloves and bolt cutters, and cut the pipe that goes to the ampmeter on the side of their house.

You aren't causing the scene. They are. The cops will come, knock, give them a warning to keep it down and then leave. If they get loud again, you call again and then the cops maybe ticket them. It won't be a scene unless your neighbours make it one. You aren't in the wrong in any of this except for your current failure to protect your own interests.

Don't lie. If noise if the problem say it's noise. Calling in a bs complaint will only make things worse.
