But losing fat percentage does help. not by much though. Your face is mostly skin, tissue, muscle, with a slight bit of fat mostly around the eye sockets, ears, jaw, and lips.

If your normal weight, or underweight then no thats your faceshape. Protip: was exercise obsessed and anorexic for years and the last thing to go at 90 lbs was my chipmunk cheeks (heart shaped face).

Your face will slim down as your BF% goes down, so yes, cutting will help. The lifting just goes hand in hand so you don't lose tons of muscle.

I'm round in the face, when I was lifting and lost a good amount of weight, face thinned out alright. So maybe. Probably has more to do with the person.
