If a guy (friend) messages me a lot even when i'm not online and therefore is sorta clingy does it mean he likes me?
>>
>>16525851
Yes
Or you're very close friends
>>
>>16525854
Is there a way to tell a difference when a guy is just being a really good friend from when hes romantically interested
>>
>>16525867
He will go out of his way and seek you out on his own terms. Trying to get your attention in other ways. I don't do that with girl friends I'm not interested in so they don't get the wrong idea but I still flirt with all of them
>>
>>16525867
If he tells you about his other romantic interests in detail he's either autistic or not interested in you romantically.
>>
>>16525845
Ladies how does it feel being a glorified fleshlight that we have to pretend to like after we're done?
>>
>>16525887
>He will go out of his way and seek you out on his own terms.

Could you give some examples
>>
>>16525845
How do I know if a guy is interested in me? I don't know if he's just being nice and friendly or does he really like me? I'm 18, he's 21, if that makes it easier to give advice.
>>
>>16525895
Texting/messaging you out of nowhere relatively frequently
Going up to you in person just to talk
Asking about your interests and yourself instead of passing small talk
Noticing when you are/aren't at common places you see him
>>
>>16525940
Ta anon. He messages me a lot, and when I was upset did all kinds of stuff to cheer me up, also always asks me how was my day, so i guess thats a good thing
>>
>>16525867
And I'll ask the same question, but to the girls.
>>
>>16525989
Really good signs he's into you. We only like to act in certainty with women so be as flirtatious as possible and leave no doubt you like him. He'll ask you out soon after
>>
>>16525990
As a girl I do the following
>complement him on his looks/hobbies/achievements
>look into his interests and try to share them
>starting convos sometimes with the lamest excuse (look at this cute cat gif)
>>
>>16525904
Well it varies between us. Me, I like to be subtle yet blatant if that makes sense. Clearly flirting if I like you. I'll say things that make it clear. Also going out of my way to talk to you. Asking you things to learn more about you.
>>
How do you cope with the awkward transition from friend to girlfriend?
>>
Guys: What do you think about girls who have a high sex drive? My bf would be happy with sex once a week but I'm dtf pretty much all the time and could fuck with me doing all the work multiple times a day. Even if I dont get off on it I want to give him blowjobs all the time.
>>
Guy here.

Why do girls always go out of their way to say sorry to me? Like any interaction, it almost always ends with sorry or begins with sorry.

>Tutoring, girl asks me a question and I answer it
>"Sorry for bothering you."
>Girl sprays me with paint at a paint party
>"Sorry"

Been told I have a resting asshole face... is that maybe it?
>>
>>16526032
Many guys would fucking love it
>>
Is there a difference in having sex with a girl who haven't born a child and a girl who has?

Sorry for my english.
>>
>>16526034
Or you're just intimidating/look like you could hurt someone
>>
>>16526047
English is pretty good, just change the haven't to hasn't and you're golden
>>
>>16526047
Maybe right after, but the vagina is very resilient. Also makes a difference if she tore I'd think. I never tore so I don't know, but I'd imagine scar tissue may be a hindrance.
>>16526034
I say sorry way too much, but maybe you have a resting asshole face? Not your fault. When I'm thinking really hard about something or brainstorming, I've had more than one person tell me I looked pissed.
>>
>>16526032
I'm exactly the same, I have a high sex drive most of the time, I could fuck everyday but my bf wants to have sex just a couple times a week maybe, but he still faps. Guys how do I get him to have more sex with me?
>>
>>16526034
Maybe you look naturally pissed off
>>
>>16526034
That's literally just called good manners.
>>
reposting my question since old thread a kill

guys:
female romantic interest flakes and disappears for some time. you are understandably angry and stop talking to her. what does it mean if you suddenly IM her 6 months later?

>tfw too scared to reply
>>
>>16526063
Okay ty.

>>16526060
Cool ty, always good with positive criticism.
>>
>>16526066
Do you let him know you're in the mood? And some guys will want to fap regardless. It can be a time of solitude he needs. At least in my case, I need some alone time sometimes. Like during a shit.
>>
>>16526025
It shouldn't really be awkward. Why is it?
>>
>>16526078
Depends on how close we were. If we were really close, I might still have feelings for her and want to reconnect. If not, I may just be checking up on her in my good nature.
>>
>>16526089
I do, but he just always says something like not now, later, I gotta do this I gotta do that. I guess I get it if it's a work thing or something important he gotta do but for example sometimes we're cuddling and watching tv and I start implying having sex but he's just like no not now I wanna watch this. It just makes me kinda sad he doesn't wanna have sex with me. The only times we ever do he starts it. And I don't mind if he still faps, I get it, but I just wish he had sex with me more often, I'm bored of just taking care of myself every day.
>>
>>16526111
ohh I just got my first trips ever
>>
>>16526111
Some guys do just have a lower sex drive. It could be that. But as with pretty much everything, the best way of finding out why he does it would be to ask him directly.
>>
>>16525845
how do i know if im asexual. im a guy
>>
>>16526114
Checked. Grats.
>>
>>16526134
Do you want to fuck someone?
>>
>>16526140
Not right now. I watch porn a bit tho. ive been swerving too many girls for a while
>>
>>16526104
We just used to joke around all the time, flirting and everything, but now there's a sort of "now it's serious" sort of vibe around us and we're too scared to talk sometimes. She doesn't talk as much as she did and I don't know how to bring this up in a conversation since we're not communicating as much
>>
>>16526148
If you've felt sexual desire for one of them chances are you're not asexual
>>
>>16526162
How old are you?
>>
>>16526126
Yeah I guess, I just don't wanna seem too needy and I don't want it to turn into a fight. But I have to talk to him.
>>
>>16526162
Not a chick, but I'd suggest trying being serious and asking her out officially then. Because it sounds like you're in a spot where you both dont know what you are to eachother. If you ask her and she says yes, bam, you just got a girlfriend. If she says no, thats a whole another complicated mess.
>>
>>16525845
OP where is the FAQ

Now we're going to get stupid repetitive questions
>>
>>16526179
Just tell them to read up then. Isnt too hard. But most situations can be different in some way and require a unique answer.
>>
>>16526177
Checked.

But yeah, just try and talk it out. He has needs, and so do you. If anything I'm sure you can make a compromise.
>>
>>16525851
Not a guy, but I do that all the time if I have something to say to someone

>>16526025
How is it awkward? It was pretty natural in my experience

>>16526182
Just wait until we get the "Do guys/girls like XYZ?" and "what do girls think about virgins?"
>>
Had to change plans with gf (something unforeseeable came up), when I try and arrange alternative plans with her she replies 'whatevvvvver you want'. is she annoyed?
>>
>>16526194
Sounds like she's trying to sound annoyed, but isn't really to me
>>
>>16526169

then why do i never really feel affection for another girl. im not gay either.
>>
>>16526194
I didnt read that as annoyed myself. But as time and time again would tell, you can NEVER truly know what someone means over a text. Try calling her. Her tome should clue you in.
>>
>>16526203
you just haven't met the right chick/dude/whatever, dont sweat it.

i'm asexual, i love my bf to pieces but absolutely nothing incites sexual interest for me. porn, physical intimacy, and everything inbetween- nothing works on me. that's how you know you're asexual.
>>
>>16526205
Tone, rather.

>>16526203
Asexual in a nutshell is you dont want to have sex with anyone. You can still feel attracted to them.
>>
guys, is it weird if your old high school friend (whom you had a crush on at some point) reaches out to you after 5+ years of being awol?

how do i reach out without making it awkward?
>>
>>16526216
No. They could have just seen your name on a friends list or something and been like "Oh, havent talked to them. Lets say 'sup'."

And just casually talk like you would to any of your friends. Try to catch up on those 5 years, ask how've they've been.
>>
>>16526209

well fuck. i cant really just go find a a girl to be with. and girls think im a douche cause i just ignore signals.
>>
>>16526222
Checked.

And you'll find someone someday, buddy.
>>
>>16526218
i should clarify, i don't use facebook / social media. I actually ran into his spotify profile of all things and recognized the username and chosen picture.
>>
>>16526229
Same reaction in my opinion. You just casually came across it, just send a 'sup' and let it go from there.
>>
>>16526227

i think you got things confused. i'm not looking for a relationship. I don't know..thank you for trying to help still
>>
I don't get it. When my female friends knows they've screwed up they want to talk about it so people don't feel crappy forever. I prefer to do the same.
My guy friend royally screwed up and he's pretending it never happened and has tried to cut all contact with the person he fucked over for the last few weeks.
What is with that mentality? Are some guys just too proud to admit they've been jerks?
>>
>>16526246
>Are some guys just too proud to admit they've been jerks?
Yes
>>
>>16526249
I wish seeing someone confirm that made me feel better, heh. It's such a shitty mentality that makes situations uncomfortable for everyone around them. Don't understand some people.
>>
Guy here.

I'm closing on 30 and suddenly got the urge of getting rid of my virginity, fapping just doesn't do it anymore.
Not good with girls and not interested in getting a gf, or so i think, should i just hire a hooker and calll it a day?
Anyone here that did has any regrets of doing so?
>>
>>16526255

anyone can be in that mentality, that's the shitty part.
>>
>>16526032
I dont know if it's high, but i'd be down to fuck 1-2 times a day, so yes, i'd like a gf with your sex drive, plus The free bj are really great !
>>16526078
Nostalgia ? Maybe i think a lot about her and want to see if my first decision was The right one or if i have to work In myself first, dunno
>>16526216
Never happened to me so i dont really know, but just act with her like you act with an acquintance...
>>16526246
Yes, some guys are too proud and dont want to talk about just because they probably feel like it's a waste of time. What's done is done.

You can't make a guy want more or less sex than what they want. Girls with high sex drives need to stop fucking around with guys that have low sex drives because it makes the world a fucking miserable place.
>>
>>16526432
i can't do christmas alone again.

>>16526034
It's also a girl thing. Might not be you and more of how girls are kinda taught to always doubt themselves and try to diffuse any issues

Guys:

>In an ideal relationship how often would you have sex?

>From your perception, is that considered high, low, or normal? What's normal?

Anyone with knowledge on asexuality or low sex drives (since I saw some talk in this thread):

>People often say "go to doctor" but what kind of options will they bring up for girls?

>If hormone levels are off, what happens next?

>Have you or anyone you know actually solved your low sex drive? What happened?
>>
Guys, do you ever piss sitting down?
>>
>>16526525
If I'm shitting
>>
>>16526520
I'd have sex every day.

And all that low sex drive shit.
You know what I think?
I think you're still a young little pussy.

You don't know what you want until you lose it.

Teenage girl are like "Pssh, I don't need sex".

But wait until you find a real man. One who makes your legs shake.

Then you won't be all "I like having sex once a month"
>>
>>16526520
>In an ideal relationship how often would you have sex?
2-6 times a day.

>From your perception, is that considered high, low, or normal? What's normal?
High. Based on everyone I've talked to about it, 1-5 times a week is "normal".

>People often say "go to doctor" but what kind of options will they bring up for girls?
Dietary corrections.

>If hormone levels are off, what happens next?
Get hormones or don't.

>Have you or anyone you know actually solved your low sex drive? What happened?
Nope. Other than episodes of schizophrenia I've never seen anyone make a reversal like that.

>>16526525
Yeah. It's the easiest way to piss with a prince albert.

>>16526257
Don't get a hooker. Get a high end, well reviewed escort that offers GFE and book an overnight. It's a bit spendy, but it's the right way to do it, and good practice at seperating emotions from sex.

>>16526246
He's a coward.
>>
>>16526525
What the fuck no, never. That is emasculating and sissy shit. If you have the ability to stand up, whip it out, and go, why would you ever sit down pull your pants down to your ankles, and then go, then stand back up, pull your pants back up? It is wrong on so many levels I'm kinda sick. Never.

Unless I'm pooping.
>>
>>16526563
Okay. Thanks for your input.

>>16526565
Thanks for the normality figure.

I'm not a dietician, but how about you write me out everything (EVERYTHING) you've eaten in the past 7 days, and include your height, weight, age, ethnicity, daily activity level, and mental health history along with any medications you are taking.
>>
Of either gender, would you feel uncomfortable dating someone who has a mental illness? Would it impact that person's propensity for a relationship, in your experience?
>>
>>16526671
Nope. I do it every time.
>>
>>16526654
Oh, there isn't a dietary fix to female sex drive and you're just fucking with me? That's a shame, I was kinda looking forward to a possible solution.
>>
>>16526671
I'd say yes.
But I also have a mental illness, so I'm biased.

I think most people would say "Hell no".

I don't think normies feel pathos towards us.
>>
>>16526695
There is, but there is no way to tell what it is for you without knowing what kind of fucked up ass backwards shit you might be doing to your body at the moment.

For a broad primer, go to /fit/, and read the sticky.

For the ladies: I'm texting/getting to know this girl who approached me while drunk saying I'm cute etc. I took her out for coffee and we were going to go out for a movie date but she was busy (due to school). My question is she never initiates texting me or trying to meet up with me so is she actually interested in me or does her drunk actions not represent her true intentions? Any other related advice is welcomed and very appreciated. Thanks in advance.
>>
>>16526695
Eating "healthy" and working out can increase your sex drive. Unfortunately being fat and not leaving the house doesn't always work the other way around.
>>
>>16526731
I'm a dude.
Let me give you this advice.

Ever failed message has 2 follow ups.

You message her, she says "I'm busy".
You have one more a week later saying "Hey, want to check this shit out" or whatever.

If she difers again, you have just one left.

If she bounces, ask once, ask twice.

And then delete her name and burn her memory
>>
>>16526671
Honestly depends on the mental illness, and on the person, and on where I am in my life at the time. If I'm dealing with heaps of my own emotional shit at that time, then no, I probably wouldn't. If I'm doing well, then I might have a few reservations and take it cautiously. That being said, I have mental health issues and ended up marrying someone who does as well. (Don't worry, we're not going to breed.) We'd been friends for several years before getting together romantically, so we somewhat knew what to expect going into it. There are times when both partners having mental illness takes a toll on the relationship (sometimes a severe one), and other times when it is an immense source of strength and comfort to have someone who understands firsthand what you're going through.

In general I would say don't stick your dick in crazy, and don't let crazy stick its dick in you. Definitely don't rush into anything when mental illness is involved. But unless you've decided to make it one of your dealbreakers (and you have every right to do so), then never say never I guess.
>>
>>16526737
Thanks man for the advice. Someone that I know gave me this advice also so you telling me this really shows me I should follow the advice. Have a great day.
>>
>>16526770
You got it man.

It's hard as hell to tell someone who is busy from someone who doesn't want you.

Once is an accident.
Twice is a coincidence.
Three times is intentional.

That's all you got to know
>>
All I ever wanted was a hug. But I will never get one.

Thanks a lot women.
>>
>>16526778
I agree. And on the flip-side this could get them chasing you! Your willingness to walk away at any sign of bullshit can can have a polarizing effect.
>>
>>16526712
Well, damn. I can't remember everything I've eaten in the last week. I'll start up a food diary tomorrow and see what it looks like a week from now. It's generally less than it should be. I could use more protein, I think.

For the rest:
I'm 5'5", 108-113lbs, 20 years old, white, lift heavy things at work while on feet, history of depression & ADD, take adderall & occasional valium.

I've taken various antidepressants in the past with minimal success and didn't have a change in my sex drive on or off them.

I know depression can make sex drive worse but that doesn't really solve my problem to know that.

Sorry to assume you were just trying to get me to put a lot of work into typing out my life story.

>>16526735
>Eating "healthy" and working out can increase your sex drive.
I'm joining up a gym since I have more time now and I'll look at fit's food suggestions like truckerfag said.
Thank you.

>>
>>16526797
Looks like a few pounds might help you, but weightlifting will help you more. Give lifting a shot for 3 months, and if you take it seriously with no results, see a doctor.
>>
>>16526762
Thanks. I'm the one with problems and it's contributing to a completely shattered sense of self worth. I think I would be all right with someone to talk to, but I feel so dehumanized when I talk about my thoughts with others.
>>
>>16526850
I hear you anon, I have felt the same way a lot. I will say this, put on your own oxygen mask first. Take care of yourself and fall in love with yourself, not in a narcissistic way but in a genuine caring way. Even if you still have self-worth issues, try to love as much of yourself as you can. Then you will be much more able to inspire confidence in a potential partner that you can give to the relationship even through the times when you're not doing so well mentally. I hope this makes sense.
>>
>>16526808
Yup

Best to not give the mouse any milk or any cookie
>>
>>16526819
A few pounds down or up? Yeah, I'm a fan of lifting. It feels nice.
>>
>>16526437

>>16526246
To apologize, you have to admit you were wrong generally. It's easier to hide from it in the short term usually.

>>16526671
Depends on how well they have a clamp on it. I've dated a couple of bipolar women, one of which was also borderline. Not really an experience I'd like to repeat.

But if I met a woman and she seemed to have everything on lockdown, I'd be open to the possibility.

>>16526782

idk, there are probably several people who have posted things. i've posted about hugs plenty though

i'm just wasting time until i work up the courage to kill myself. i'd like to experience a hug first, but i rarely get what i want so it doesn't matter

So is it normal for a girl to joke about having kids with/marrying you? We're much more open with each other than most friends, but I'm unsure if it's something insignificant or something else.

Got kind of a weird question....
Ladies, how would you react if one day in mid-December you found a package at your door that was addressed to you, and inside was a note that said “Merry Christmas!” along with something you really wanted, but you had no clue who the sender was?
>>
>>16527102
I'd probably have a small list of who I'd expect it to be.
If it was from someone who I wasn't interested in and I was worried he was getting attached to me, I'd be concerned that he was upping his game to get closer to me.

I don't have anyone like that right now so I would just think it was super sweet and a little bizarre that they didn't include their name

Why do feelings suck so much?

I've always been in general a very emotionless person. But I met a girl on Interpals and we've been talking for a few months and skyline. She's European. Well, I know this is mostly my fault. But I've been flirting with her even though she did tell me in the past she has a boyfriend. And today, i asked her if Italians live up to the stereotype sexually. This was her response. It makes me feel bad because a girl I like is probably getting fucked silly and it won't be me doing it. Like in reality I know it makes sense, and I'm just being a fucking Sperg right now. But, fucking emotions man.

How do you all stop caring?
>>
>>16527102
I'd want to know who sent it.
>>
>>16527163
Give her space. You're in over your head

So, what's the general female consensus on guys that are unable to orgasm during intercourse? I'm able to pound away pretty hard and don't even need a condom but I'm getting increasingly more worried. For one thing, albeit at one hand I feel it's a bragging right, I think she might feel inadequate? Or at least kinda bad? Blow jobs and such are always akward too since I just sorta go "well, that was nice" and I never really finish. And I think maybe she likes cum? (Do girls like cum?). I don't really even get a whole lot of pleasure during sex. I think I'm broken or something. She seems to like it but I'm just not sure.

>>16526032
You asked this in the last thread. Some think it's a chore, most think it's wonderful, especially if you're a bit younger.

It did, but she wasn't taking her meds constantly. When she did, she was another happy female, when she wasn't, the slightest word would get her angry or crying.

Don't be creepy, don't be unhygenic, don't be emo or threatening. Ask for a hug, you will get it, if the person you're asking knows you a tiny bit.

I had a bf who never came from sex, only masturbation. It never made me feel inadequate or anything. I didn't feel like it was my fault. Some girls are insane about it, blaming themselves (imo they're self conscious idiots) so you should talk to your girl about this.
The only awkward bit was knowing when to stop. My jaw would ache after a long blowjob and I felt bad just stopping.

You might talk to your doc

Get that checked out. Some girls will definetly be insulted/worried about it. If you've been deathgripping (holding too tightly while wanking) it's a common occurance, and a month of nofap supposedly clears it up.

I'd wonder if I had a stalker and seriously consider calling the police if I didn't recognise the handwriting
>>
Guys, why do so many of you have such awful handwriting?

I rarely see girls with bad handwriting, just guys. I went to an all-girls school too, so it's not like I've been exposed to more guys than girls or anything.
>>
>>16527245
Dunno really. I've seen this before, but no idea of an explanation. Maybe because girls actually give a damn about their handwriting and practice it that tiny bit, whereas guys only need to convey the message, no matter how badly?

Here's your answer, boys actually believe this and don't realize how much others judge if you never advance from 3rd grade handwriting

Is there some sort of foolproof way to get women to completely ignore me? I'm a retard who can't help but project interest onto the women I interact with so I'd like to just remove all interaction.

>>
>>16527272
What's there to judge? In the five years since highschool I have written less than I did in my last semester at HS. I've nearly completed a college degree. Everything is typed or not done these days. Nearly all of my handwriting is for personal notes that no one else will read.

I only really feel the need to write as well as I have to. The only thing that's encouraged me to improve is the shrinking note space I'm allowed on tests.

I assume the same motivation applies to most people.

Well yeah. But the question is more about why guys' 'default' handwriting is generally worse than girls'

fellow guys, and i guess girls too.

do you ever lie about the number of times you've had sex? I've only had sex 3 times. And i'm a 24 year old male. To me, thats not even a problem really. I don't really give a shit about sex anymore. The problem i'm having is when you're with a group of dudes, and they are talking about sex. And I don't really have any input to anything, because I haven't had sex in 4 years. Sometimes since im so quiet about it people will ask me about the last girl i banged, and of course they ask when it was. So i keep coming up with lies saying "6 months ago, she was alright.." But even still i get these reactions like i'm a fucking weirdo because its been so long. Like the last time i actually did have sex (which was 4 years ago) i didn't even want, I did it because i felt pressured because I hate getting that reaction from people that i'm not getting my dick wet weekly. So i lie. I hate lying.

I know you all are going to say "Don't care about what they think" or "find a new people". Well pretty much any job i've had since i was 18 there has been talk on this subject. Its just normal for guys to talk about this shit. And I used to not care what people thought for a while. But that shocked reaction people give me after so long makes me feel like something is wrong with me.

just curious if anyone else feels like i do.
>>
>>16527320

I don't lie. If anyone comments that it's been so long, I tell'em that I haven't found anyone I'd be ok being shackled to. Being cautious (condoms break, women get hysterical, unwanted pregnancies are real). If they have a problem with me not being a horny bastard, that's their problem. If they mention it in any way, I tell'em "I'm ok, I choose to be like this. You get poon if you want, screw her in my name as well. As far as I'm concerned, if she isn't good enough to date, she isn't good enough to fuck."

I've been on a 3 year dry spell.
>>
To all - How long does it take you to trust someone? Are you meant to trust everyone initially or do they have to earn it?
If your boyfriend/girlfriend is having trust issues, is it worth sticking it out? Or do you run?
>>
>>16527341

the reason it bothers me is because sex is a way males judge each others masculinity. Right now I work for the Government doing Armed Security, and am working into becoming a Police Officer. Which in general, are masculine professions. So of course everyone i'm around hits the gym, likes to go to the bars and find sluts. Generally, thats the type of people who I'll be working with. Its just the way it is. But i'm not really like that. It just wears on me after a while. I wasn't with my current job at the time, but a year ago I had 2 chances to have sex. I turned both opportunities down. and people at my old job started thinking I was gay. Its just such unnecessary shit. Obviously I can't prevent it. Whenver I hang out with my friends, they always like going to be with groups of girls. But its just a pain in the ass. I've been thinking of fucking a girl in the next few weeks just so I can start the clock over so people will shut the fuck up. But i honestly don't even want to.
>>
>>16527356

see how this dude is being made fun of just because he "may not" be getting regular sex? I hate how as a male we literally get rated by our sex life.
>>
Stop jacking off and you'll want sex.
>>
>>16527374

i've done that. And it doesn't really. It actually makes me really really depressed if I dont fap.
>>
>>16527343
I trust people until they give me a reason not to. That could be small things that make me suspicious and chips away at the trust, or it could be big things that make me lose it completely. I think most people are like that.

GIRLS:

A man's scrotum changes shape of its own accord, shrinking and expanding to keep the testes at an optimum temperature.

As the scrotum is made from fused labia, do you ever notice/feel/see your labia moving of its own accord?
>>
>>16527398
Women's bodies don't need to keep our reproductive cells at a certain temperature, there is no reason that labia would shrink or expand according to the temperature.

Now that I think more about it, I'm struggling to think of any male characteristics that are present, but redundant, in women. Men have 'X' but women don't have 'Y'. X is the template.

Girls, or maybe guys. Both can answer but this is being asked in the context of a girl.

If I'm sitting around somewhere and I notice a girl staring at me, I'll usually look back at them. We make eye contact for about half a second before I quickly look away. I have always been the one to look away first.

How long should the two of you make eye contact? How long is too long? Does it even mean anything?

Am I supposed to smile or something? It happens to me all the time and people tell me that's good but I dunno how to react so it just seems strange. Please help.

>>
>>16527739
Probably not but it might, or you could just have fun now and then break up. The point is that you don't know if you don't try and the time you have now should still be fun regardless.

Maybe you fall in love so hard that you make it work. Maybe he moves in with you to the other country. Maybe you can't stand each other for more than few weeks anyways. Never know if you don't try.
>>
>>16527742
What are the chances of it (i.e. a long distance relationship) working out?
>>
>>16527731
As a male, not particularly. I think most guys enjoy being a source of support or essentially survival for girls. It makes you feel needed and important, however in the modern age it seems many girls take advantage of this so it is more important that the girl works on some level and is not completely supported. Any girl worth her weight in salt should want to work, earn money and feel like she is contributing to a partnership.

Speculatively, girls do consider jobs of a partner in terms of where they can end up. They want to be in a stable environment where they could have kids r travel and enjoy life comfortably like travelling or affording nice things that make them happy. I mean, we all want this on some level whether its video games or a trip around the world. Working at maccas doesnt have a large prospect of earning heaps where as an engineer or uni graduate may have a higher chance of earning much more. I dont think its necessarily the only thing on their mind, but will probably cross their minds and cause concerns at some point in the relationship.

Any femanons care to confirm or deny?
>>

For ladies,

There's this coworker I've been into recently, same school but different campuses too. One night we were both talking about how we don't like to hangout with people outside of work so I took that as a sign, but after getting her number and a couple weeks of texting we kinda lightly texted about going to some college events and that "depending on the day, she'll come along". What's interesting is that I feel like I want to classify her as a person who will always respond to a text, if that makes sense. Don't get me wrong she shows some interest asking me questions in return and stuff, but there isn't a time when the last message of the day or conversation is from me. I don't mind having to bring something up after her last message is "Lol" but god damn she always replies. So she never really starts conversations unless she's getting back to me on something or wakes up to one, but never leaves me hanging. Is this a common texting form among you?

This has always been a source of confusion for me. Why do women always have to perceive everything as a threat? Literally the only thing that happened is you received a nice gift. How exactly does that constitute a threat? What's wrong, are you scared because somebody happens to know where you live? So what? Even if it's somebody you don't know, where do you get off immediately assuming that this person wants to hurt you? The only thing you know is that this person wanted to do something nice for you and wasn't interested in taking any credit for it. If everyone had the same mindset as you, we'd probably live in a world where it would be illegal to do nice things for other people.

femanon here. I do care about what my SO does, but only because I find it more stimulating to be with someone passionate towards their work- doesn't matter what the subject or pay is. A person's choice in career is very telling of their values.

Ambition is too vain and materialistic to me, but I like people who work hard. Money driven people are often shallow and boring, so that's probably the biggest dealbreaker for me.

>>16527786
Financial stability doesn't really cross my mind in a relationship, but that's largely because I'm more financially successful than most people my age. I don't want to become a cushy suburban mom either, so anyone with that type of "provider" mentality wouldn't work with me. I know a lot of other girls wouldn't mind that though!

On the flip side, I also wouldn't tolerate someone who carries the expectation that I constantly work and be financially ambitious. A relationship should be intellectually, emotionally, and physically stimulating- my partner should care for enrichment for itself and not so much the economic or social benefits.

I pissed off this girl I'm somewhat close with and went out with a few times before we got too busy. We were texting, she was in a bad mood and I pressed her too hard on something. She snapped, but I didn't realize and pressed even further. Read it, but no more response.

A day later, I realized what she had actually said, and figured I had only made things worse by blatantly ignoring it when she snapped at me. So I shot her another text to apologize for going too far and that I didn't mean to offend. Read it, but no more response.

I get the hint that she probably hates my guts now and I shouldn't touch the phone again. Thing is, we're classmates and we usually hang together with a friend during the breaks daily-ish. How should I deal with it tomorrow? Should I act natural, and as flirty and approaching as usual? Should I be cold towards her and act like I'm not there for her? Or should I piss off and no longer show my face at all?

Hanging out indoors in sweats, watching movies and ordering takeout, no expectations of sex.

>>16528383
Are you sure I should try opening that can of worms again? I mean, I thought apologizing once for something like that might have been pushing it. Wouldn't doing it twice make it a way bigger deal than it really is?

She also has been much colder and distant in general towards me lately, and she never initiates contact over text or in person if I don't see her first. It always seemed like stress to me, but now I'm no longer sure. Should I ask her about that instead?
>>
>>16527994
Because that's the sort of thing stalkers do. It's not that we don't appreciate someone doing something nice for us, it's that you don't know who sent it, and that's really not safe. You don't understand, because you're not a woman.

Within reason, no. I don't really care what their intended career is, as long as they don't plan on just working a dead end job indefinitely.

However a woman just living off of a trust frund from her parents is even more concerning to me than someone stuck with a McJob. As far as I'm concerned, she has no chance of a self sufficient future unless she changes her lifestyle on a fundamental level.

Lack of practice, mostly. Good handwriting is a learned skill. I happen to be a guy with nice handwriting simply from having done lots of it over the years.
>>
>>16528473
wink at her, it always makes me laugh.
>>
>>16528489
>>16528431
See, I don't understand how lack of practice is a valid reason. At least where I went to school, there was no reason for guys to write less than girls. I know today there might be an argument with kids using technology a lot blah blah blah, but I'm in my early 20s and everyone spent the majority of their school life handwriting, and even at uni, exams at the least are always handwritten.
>>
>>16526525
Late at night or first thing in the morning, yeah. Basically whenever I'm too lazy to stand or questioning my accuracy. The last thing I want to do is clean up my own piss when I'm half asleep.
>>
>>16528429
>sending a Christmas present to someone anonymously suggests that you are a stalker
You've gotta be kidding me.
>>
>>16528497
Well then you're an idiot, because you're forgetting things like:
- notes to friends
- keeping a diary
- using written word in art/decoration
- creative writing
- keeping logs/making signs/labeling shit at work

Come on, you're in your early 20s and can't conceive of the myriad reasons why people may or may not use handwriting outside of school?
>>
Guys, when do you have to start cleaning your dicks properly. I mean like pulling the foreskin back and giving it a wash.
>>
>>16528505
What the fuck are you talking about? I'm saying that there's no reason that 'lack of practice' is an excuse for having bad handwriting, because you handwrite things all the time, at the very least when growing up. I know you're spending a lot of time writing things, but please learn to read.
>>
>>16528515
When we're old enough to start bathing ourselves. Showering = cleaning everything.
>>
To anyone:

How to break up with a girl I've been dating for a few weeks? Do I just call her and tell her?

I have no experience with this kind of thing.
>>
>>16528505
>>16528516
meh.
>>
>>16528515
I was it everyday. Dick cheese is gross
>>
>>16528515
uhm, maybe when the foreskin comes down?
>>
>>16528520
Well I've got a son, am I meant to be doing that for him now? Or is there an age you start it from?
>>
>>16528521
call her yeah 'sorry I don't think this is working'. be honest.
>>
>>16527356
>>16527320
Kind of sounds like an asexual thing. Do you want to have sex with girls you're in relationships with? Do you desire romantic connections? Do you like cuddling? Where are you located and do you want to date?
>>
>>16528531
That's what I thought. I asked one of my friends (who is a douche, admittedly), and he told me to just stop answering her calls and texts completely.
>>
>>16528516
>all the time
No, not "all the time" you retard. A person who doesn't write notes to friends, doesn't keep a diary, doesn't decorate with words, doesn't write creatively in a notebook and doesn't hold a job like waitress or barista--jobs dominated by young girls--doesn't write "all the time." They write at school alone. The people who do the other stuff get twice or thrice as much practice--literally "all the time." They tend to be girls.

Now do you get why you're an idiot? You think that scribbling notes at school makes enough practice, when it's actually evidence that it takes all of the other activities to really practice enough. Schoolwork is a tiny fraction of how much people with good handwriting really practice the craft.
>>
>>16528527
If he's old enough to bathe himself, yes, you should teach him how to clean from head to toe. Why would you drag it out?
>>
>>16528535
Yeah, don't do that. Your mate needs to grow a pair.
>>
>>16528540
Drag what out? What you talking about?
>>
>>16528545
Drag out the lesson of "how to clean yourself properly." You don't need to teach him how to shower in phases. That doesn't make any sense.
>>
>>16528538
I'm a girl. I spent practically no time writing outside of school as I was growing up. My boyfriend kept a journal and dabbled in short stories and poetry while growing up. His handwriting looks like a 5 year old's, I'm told mine's super neat. This isn't a single example either - my brother is super into robotics and has all sorts of handwritten notes around his room, and our mother has always nagged him about his bad handwriting. Even today, when most people type notes in class, out of the people handwriting, I see more guys than girls with bad handwriting - even worse than girls who type their notes.

Ultimately, you have no proof that 'girls write more' is a reason why guys seem to have worse handwriting, or if it's even true. At the same time, I'll admit I don't have proof to the contrary either. But there's really no reason for you to get so worked up about this, and I don't know why you're so mad.
>>
>>16527994
Because to a psycho, nice things are never free. Sure, it could be anonymous now. But if I don't have reasonable suspicion that the gift is from of my close friends, I can't trust who it was from. Someone I barely know might pop up and say, "It was me! I was the gift giver" and fully expect me to be deeply grateful and swoon at my feet.

Guys be cray. I've had dudes do some creepy ass things to me and expect me to be excited and like them because they are "so nice"
>>
>>16528555
So really you came here to ask for thoughts only to argue them with predetermined convictions based on personal anecdotes. 9/10 trolling or some really fucking big drama-conflict issues. Find out next time on Gilligan's Island.
>>
>>16528503
She's right. This isn't an anonymous Valentine's card left in a locker in middle school. This is someone finding where you live, knowing what you want and using both of those things to further his "relationship" with you without even having the stones to say who he is. That screams danger. Just sign your name on it, faggot.
>>
if a 8.5 girl i see once in a while and only small talk with her, breaks with her bf and adds me on facebook after seeing you again a couple of days ago, what am i supposed to do?
is this like a normal "oh, i forgot to add him to my huge friend list" or something else?
what do?
>>
>>16528612
This is why we need the FAQ in the OP
>>
>>16528612
Show us your face and i'll tell you the answer.
ugly = huge friends list
hot = something else
>>
>>16528478
>its also a bit of effort and time too
i guess it is if it's unnatural for you. i write just as fast hearts or not, but crossing my Ts are another thing.. haha. handwriting quirks are fascinating.

that really sucks, i hear such horrible stories about females in engineering classes (or lack thereof)- it gets better out in the working world!
>>
>>16528618
>ugly = huge friends list
>hot = something else
isn't there anything in the middle? like cute?

also my point is wtf is something else.
>>
>>16527994
i don't even care about the gift shit, but please don't use "being nice" as an entitled get out of jail free card.. just because you had good intentions doesn't make it any less creepy and unacceptable.

Just think about it in another context: I stalked you home anon, because i wanted to make sure you got home safely. It's not a threat, I'm being nice!

This is still creepy, this is still unacceptable. Your heart is in the right place, but remember there are lines you shouldn't cross.
>>
>>16528612
HOLY SHIT JUST TALK TO HER
We can't read her goddamn mind. What do you want us to tell you? "She totally wants to bang you man that's 100% the reason and no other option!!"

Like did you even really think this question through? We can't tell you ANYTHING. You literally answered it for yourself. Either she added you for a benign reason or she's interested in you!
or someone dared her or she's getting back at her ex by adding guys or she's actually interested in your friend and wanted a mutual add first or she actually thinks you're hilariously ugly and just laughs and laughs at your photos

THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO KNOW

>SOMEONE DID SOMETHING INSIGNIFICANT, WHAT DOES IT MEAN
>NOTHING SIGNIFICANT

Femanons

Most of the women I date tend to be wonderful people but awful girlfriends. For instance I have dated a social worker who worked with abused children (great person) who cheated on me (terrible girlfriend), a teacher who worked with troubled youth (great person) who was a combination of weapons grade awkward with dozens of hangups about public appearance and social status while we were in public (terrible girlfriend), and a political activist for the poor and underprivileged (great person) who was a serial cheater (terrible girlfriend).

How do I break this pattern?
>>
>>16528665
Realise that people don't always do good things because they're good people. Realise that people oftentimes do good things so that they LOOK like good people.
>>
>>16526209
>asexual
>i love my bf
So do you have really uncomfortable sex or does he just jack off?
>>
>>16528655
>HOLY SHIT JUST TALK TO HER
any ambiguos ways to start a convo?
>>
>>16528628
something else is sex.
cute = rebound, you both know shes on the rebound. She thinks you're cute enough to make her feel good about herself but not too hot to be worried about turning into an emotional wreck.
>>
>>16528665
You need to find a terrible person and see if she's a fantastic girlfriend. I think that's the only sensible option here?
>>
Is it true that if a girl you recently met suggests introducing you to her female friends, it means she herself had at least a semblance of attraction/interest in you too?
>>
>>16528718
Usually.
>>
>>16528714
I'm free. I'm a shocking person.
>>
>>16528718
Yeah, I'd say you're in there. She must think you're special or she'd not want to show you off so soon.
>>
>>16528729
She has a boyfriend though.
>>
>>16528672

Could be the case.

>>16528714

I'll give it a shot.

>>16528721

Hrmmmmmm....
>>
I just like to kiss and snug, but I feel pressure as a man to always make it into sex

do I have to?
>>
>>16528730
I take it back then. Maybe she thinks she can hook you up with her friend?
>>
>>16528735
I just came onto you and that's all I get?
>>
>>16528741
Guy here. To get around this is easy. Simply have a pre-prepared excuse if you start feeling pressured or she starts pushing for more. Like
>I have to go soon so I can't stay for long
or
>my parents should be home soon
Shit like that.
>>
>>16528744
Not asking Anon but she could still dig him. Having a relationship doesn't mean she's good at it.
>>
>>16528748

It is 4chan, and you did just tell me that you're an awful person.
>>
>>16528758
Yeah, but I make a fantastic girlfriend.
>>
>>16527245
I don't know. Why can I beat the shit out of you despite not even exercising?

Men = strength
Women = fine motor skills

Girls, is it a bother if a guy regularly texts you asking how your day was?

We used to be close enough for me to think she was interested. Lately she's gotten distant, and I'm no longer sure if it isn't wrong to keep up the persistent contact.
>>
>>16528758
i'm also an awful person, but i'm the best gf :)

>>
>>16528782
I'm not in the US.
Game over.
>>
>>16528788

Too bad anonette.
>>
>>16528533

I'm not asexual. I'm straight, like I find women physically attractive. I just think sex takes too much work to get. And just isn't worth the effort it takes, not to mention bodily fluids kinda bother me. I've only cuddled with someone 1 time in the past, 2 years ago I think? And it didn't really seem like anything to me I guess. But no, I'm not looking to date or anything, I don't want to get married or have kids in the future so I see no point of even dating to begin with. That's the first step.
>>
>>16528791
It was fun while it lasted though, thanks.
>>
>>16528741
Where you located?
>>
>>16528950

Not that guy. But why does location matter?
>>
>>16528965
Because I'm a romantically frustrated grey-A girl trying to creep on the bizarrely high amount of low sex drive guys in this thread
>>
>>16528976

Well that's interesting.

Washington DC area here
>>
>>16528976
You called it.
>>
>>16528342
When the cramps are at their worst (about 3 consecutive hours on the first day of the period), I honestly just need to be alone to quietly cry, pace and writhe around until I pass out in a cold sweat. I have to concentrate all my energy into not making the pain worse, and having people around just makes me feel embarrassed and bad.
>>
>>16527220
That would be a big problem and a deal breaker honestly.
>>
>>16528976

What's your location?
>>
>>16527245
It's fine motor skills, like some other anons were saying. The average female will have better handwriting than the average male, even with the same amount of practice. That's just the way we are.
>>
>>16529018
To be vague, Europe.
>>
europoon guys:

what's your opinion of ambitious american females? i sense such a strong cultural difference sometimes, but you guys are cuties.
>>
>>16527731
Femanon here. Ambition, passion, and drive are extremely attractive traits. How much money they make and what job they have are important in the sense of being compatible with what lifestyle we want to live. And what kind of work it is also matters in the case of it being aligned my personal values (like I wouldn't date someone who was a drug dealer, a stripper/prostitute, a hit man, ect.)
>>
>>16529032

If you're cute, I'm willing to Kik or Whatsapp. I live in the US though.
>>
>>16526782
first step is dont care about a hug, literally the most trivial shit ever.
>>
>>16528342
I like laying down and not needing to move. As the other anon said, it's pretty much like a stomach ache. So imagine what things you would like doing while you had a stomach ache. I like using my boyfriend's hand as a heating pad. It feels good for me, and he gets to be helpful.
>>
>>16529038
The ones I grew up around were similar desu. Wouldn't be incompatible culturally, I think, but not, uh, exotic either.
>>
There's this girl who I like and who's also been very thorough in assuring her that she likes me. We tried dating for a while but right after we started she and her family started having some trust issues after they went through her computer. They are very protective and are now hesitant about her dating. It's a pretty shitty situation for her and being in her first relationship plus constant supervision from her parents was starting to get to her so I suggested we hold back on each other for a while until things are better for her and her parents are more relaxed.

She said yes and she'll definitely let me know when we can spend time together. Was this a kuck move or did I do the right thing? She's very close to her college and rents with her parents while I'm from out of state
>>
>>16529054
I can do either.
>>
Got a second date with a girl tonight. I asked if she wanted to meet up or me to pick her up. She said it doesn't matter.

Wutdo?
>>
>>16529038
Theres ambitious females here too, but as long as you make time for relationship, family and fun stuff then it seems ok

Not a cutie, but European guy nonetheless

It's impossible to get it perfect but it's better to have more time than not enough and miss the play. If you have like 30 minutes after dinner you could go for a walk in a park or sit in the car and talk

>>
>>16529197
I'm curious, do you asexual buggers still expect sexual exclusivity despite your lack of desire for it
>>
>>16529203
Some do, I don't. I'm totally fine with poly. In fact, it makes me feel better since I'm not the sole provider of their physical and emotional affection. And I'm bi so it's fun if he brings home a girl to snuggle with.
But I can do monogamy too just fine.

I didn't specify girls in my first post, but that's since I've kind of given up. A girl into girls (already annoyingly hard) who is ALSO ace? Frickin unicorn, shoot me.
>>
>>16529218

Honest question, at that point whats the difference from just being friends with fewer physical boundaries than normal?

You're talking to euroanon, unless there's a third person jumping in.
>>16529242
Well I'd say that there's more to a relationship than just fucking and refraining to fuck other people. There's the emotional connection, a commitment to being together, being physically close, going on dates, being romantic, expressing your love for one another, being invested in making each other feel good, working through differences and keeping the peace, helping each other through emotional struggles and growth.
Further investment involves moving in, including each other in major purchases, being a caretaker in times of illness, choosing what happens when the other is brain dead, being involved in post-death paperwork.

Yeah, I guess there are some people who would be that close with a "just friend". But there are certain expectations and promises you'd make for an SO that you wouldn't have with a friend.
>>
>>16529315
>>16529359
