If a girl I'm dating isn't on my mortgage or lease she has no right to my house and can take no legal action to prevent me from returning. It is under my name and my name alone. At best she might be able to file a restrainng order to keep me away from my own place in order to give her time to move out, but she can not take over a place I pay for.

I'm also not dumb enough to cheat on someone I'd be living with exclusively.
