Figured I'd mention what I've found to be most enjoyable for me. If you have some time to spare and want to bust the best nut of your life, I've found these to be the best methods.

My favorite takes some time, really as much as you want to put into it, but really no prep or anything. Basically once you've got the material you're gonna use, you do what I'd call lazy edging. Basically you're going to be edging with minimal self control. Normally you'd just stroke and stop when you're about to cum, rinse and repeat for as long as you feel like. But honestly, if you just take your time and keep yourself from getting to the edge, it has generally the same effect, and requires considerably less self control and timing. I honestly could sit there and do that for 3-4 hours if I so pleased, and blow amazing loads, but after around an hour the blue balling starts to hurt. It's definitely worth it to push past it as much as you can, but for me generally when I start getting blue balls I release unless I got a lot of time. When you're ready don't just go stroking really fast either, the transition from gentle massaging to a rough barrage on your package will definitely not feel good, trust me. Just ramp up what you've been doing to slowly bring you to edge and release. The final step, right when you go over edge, but before you cum, let go. Don't touch anything, not even your balls. You can really do this anytime you fap, but you have to do the release method I mentioned when you cum.

Basically, when you're cumming, wait for that last "big" release (basically the ones that you can really feel, and not just that few seconds of pushing out a tiny bit you don't even feel), and immediately after you push it out, grab your dick and stroke as fast as you can, but hold it loosely so you aren't restricting anything. It will probably vary depending on your endurance, but you will need at least some endurance for this. I generally have really good endurance, so it takes me about 25 seconds for this, but I'd say it's not worth it unless you can hold it out for about 10 seconds at the least after you cum the first time. With luck, instead of having the last bit of cum just come out in tiny little spurts you don't even feel, it will just build up another decent sized orgasm and you can cum again, just remember when you go over the edge to let go. Hell, if you built up enough you can even repeat this once or twice. The most I've managed is 5 times, and it took about 7 minutes total after reaching the first orgasm to get the 4 extra. I think the reason this happens is because if your stroke when you are orgasming you're just kinda pushing it all at once, where as if you let go it's left up to just your muscles to push it out, so each spurt is further apart, you have a longer orgasm, and you don't quite let everything out, which is why you can have the multiple orgasms. Not to mention it's kind of hot, at least for me, to watch your dick spasm and fling cum out.
