well, its easy: the advice is to get a social live and to get a girl friend. You realize that having regular, fulfilling sex (and true intimicy as in love) would be so much better then porn that it would just fade away because it would be the true thing of what porn is just the fake imitation of.

So do it in steps. Do yourself a favour and dont aim at the 110% mark but at the 50% mark: get a social life. Do something you enjoy. Sports are great. Anything that could bring you into contact with areas where women hang out is good, but even that is not necessary to improve your situation. Do ANYTHING that would improve your situation. Even going to the pub would be better. For now just stop hanging out alone in the basement with your computer.
