I constantly see things out of the corner of my peripheral vision. I've never talked to anyone about this so I don't know if it's normal? I wear contacts so I always assumed I was seeing the edge of my lens. I don't know, I feel like my mental state is worsening and I'm worried I might actually be crazy.
Pic related I usually see black figures or cats/dogs/some kind of animal. I know it sounds /x/-tier, but I never thought they were dangerous or even real. Is it normal to see things like this?

I've got two alarm clocks in my room, both far enough away from my bed that I have to get up to turn them off
I also have 10 separate alarms set on my phone, all with different ringtones so I don't fall asleep and just here the ringtone in a dream
Going overboard on this is usually what I've seen help people, but a lot of it, ironically, is really just discipline, sorry

I'm 18 and still have terrible terrible acne.
Ages ago I got a GP prescription of spot cream, but I use it all up before I'm allowed my next one and the acne builds up over the weeks and I just can't stand it anymore.
What are my options if I'm in the UK? Ask the GP for accutane?

Don't do this. I had horrible acne as a teen, and found out only after years of acne that it was primarily caused by drying the ever living fuck out of my skin by taking long, hot showers on a daily basis.
Here is what helped my face go from looking like it had skin cancer to being 99% clear in about 3 months:
>wash face off with cold water before exiting the shower (I also decreased the frequency of my showers as a precaution until my acne cleared - I shower once a day now, but showered 3 times a week while my acne was still bad)
>use moisturizing cream after exiting the shower and/or shaving
>start daily usage of hydroquinone cream (I use a product with 4% hydroquinone, 5% glycolic acid, and 5% gluconolactone - the similar you can find to that, the better)
As for the cream, I don't know the rules regarding if/when you can purchase that kind of cream. I can pick it up at a drug store without a prescription in Canada, and we're a pretty cucked country, so I am optimistic that you can find a similar product in the UK.

I'm aware about hot showers and I only shower for 2-4 minutes, and only have it Luke warm at best.

I use Dial, the gold one. It's pretty cheap and it gets along with my skin. That's really the only thing to look for in a soap. How your skin reacts to it. I use different shit on my face of course. Gotta take care of the face.

I have never really been much of a mans man so to speak. I was raised by a single mother, and I never really had any male friends growing up, and I was usually one to be picked on and realistically looking back I was a total pussy. I guess I want to change because I am tired of all other guys being too rough and tumble for me, I hate always having my coworkers be dicks to me because they can sense I am different and I don't really get that because I do my best to avoid talking to them, I also still end up always being the one all my internet friends and I have no idea if they're serious or if they legitimately hate me because I used to hang out around a group of people that used to always be dicks to me and I had no idea they hated me until they directly said it to my face, but that makes me wonder if they actually did or if it was just banter I took seriously. I also recognize that if I ever want to have a wife I have to be able to protect her because such is the way nature intended and no chicks like a pussy. I meant in the past I did some working out and I got somewhat strong, but I still felt incredibly weak if that made any sense, I have no idea why that is but I eventually stopped working out because it felt useless.
Sorry for the blogpost, I don't know where else to say this shit that has been bothering me.

Soooo... I've never been on /adv/. You probably get this all the time, but here it goes:
I'm depressed and suicidal. I've been stuck in a relationship with a girl I resent for 12 years. I never loved her, but I lied and told her this everyday for 12 years. I tried to break it off multiple times, but couldn't handle how much it hurt her. I decided to be a martyr and just sacrifice my happiness for hers. I decided I would just fake it until I die.
She doesn't like sex. I'm a crazy sexual person. She probably have sex about 5 or 6 times a year, and she only does it for me, but she hates it. ( I don't get why, because I can usually make her cum multiple times, but she says she just doesn't want sex) It's been as hard if not harder than the lie itself. It's driven me to do weird and unhealthy things. Lately I've met a friend that said we could be "fuck buddies". Now i'm a cheater. This new girl is a freak and wants to fulfill all my fantasies! She is willing to experiment and even said she wants to try Anal with me! I'm dying. This is my dream come true...and I've never felt so good, but I know this will come around and ruin my fake happy life, which I swore to myself, I would uphold until death. I just told my fuck buddy it had to end so I can go back to my lie, and being miserable. (She just said... "whatever... This tells me that there is plenty going on between you and your friend that you think is 'innocent' or 'okay' but your girlfriend (probably rightly) sees as crossing a line.
