How about you try to get out of your comfort zone little by little. Idk how bad your situation is, but maybe conditioning yourself so that you can get out enough to get food is an achievable goal.

Discipline is more important than motivation. Get started from motivation and discipline yourself to do stuff when the motivation runs out.

I used Habitica to help me with that. I stopped using it after some time because I don't need it anymore.

It is easier to get yourself going if your goal is meaningful. Also aiming a bit higher than you need can help too.

This may or may not work. Saying "I will do it" decreases the pressure to do it, because your brain feels that the task is half done, and sometimes that is enough to not do anything.

I feel that my goals have always been meaningful. That they've always been aimed at self improvement.

I've had goals in the past to everyday read, meditate, meet my nutritional goal (calorie, protein, vitamins etc), exercise, study. All good and meaningful habits, but it's always been hard to keep them going.

I always fall off the wagon and eventually purposely stop doing it out of self destructive tendency

I used to have awful social anxiety. There was a point where I realized that a lot of that anxiety was about people finding out that I had anxiety to begin with, because that would be super embarrassing if they found out I had social anxiety. Oh no.

Lots of the time people just don't care. And that's fine. Life's too short and youth is too precious to worry about what that random dude across the room might think about you. Hell, they might think you're awesome.

A girl decides if she wants to fuck you in the first 7 seconds after talking to you. If after the first 7 seconds she still seems interested in you and is giving you the googly eyes then know you're in. Just find a nice, quiet space and touch her arm, or nonchalantly touch her thigh and go from there. Nothing to be nervous about. If she's interested in you after 7 seconds then yeah, she's as interested in you as you are in her and she's dealing with her own bullshit inside her own head so much that she's not paying attention to all of your faults.
